An Antiquarian Allegory | Wax Seal Stamp Collection
A long time ago, on a trip to Tallinn, Estonia, I visited one of Europe's oldest apothecaries - Raeapteek - and was absolutely enchanted. The ambiance, rich with history and charm, left a lasting impression on me, and I knew I wanted to capture that feeling somehow.
Flash forward to my recent trip to London, where a stroll through the antique market on Portobello Road reignited that inspiration. Among the variety of antique apothecary and perfume wares, the nostalgia and elegance of a bygone era resurfaced vividly.
This collection of wax seal stamps is born from those cherished memories, interlacing elements of old-world London, like the iconic architecture of Tower Bridge, and a Wedgwood-inspired specialty seal, to create a truly timeless and enchanting assortment.
